Does Jesus live with God in heaven?

Great question! Here's the answer:

Jesus lives with God the Father.

After Jesus died on the cross and was resurrected, He lived on the earth for 40 more days. Then He ascended to heaven.

Jesus is still in heaven with His Father. In fact, the Bible says that He sits at God’s right hand (Ephesians 1:19-21). What does He do there? He talks to God about us! First John 2:1 says,"...Then we have a friend who speaks to the Father for us. He is Jesus Christ, the Blameless One."

Bible Truth

"After Jesus said this, he was taken up to heaven. The apostles watched until a cloud hid him from their sight. While he was going up, they kept on looking at the sky. Suddenly two men dressed in white clothing stood beside them. 'Men of Galilee,' they said, 'why do you stand here looking at the sky? Jesus has been taken away from you into heaven. But he will come back in the same way you saw him go'" (Acts 1:9–11).

"And you will know God’s great power. It can’t be compared with anything else. His power works for us who believe. It is the same mighty strength God showed. He showed this when he raised Christ from the dead. God seated him at his right hand in his heavenly kingdom. There Christ sits far above all who rule and have authority. He also sits far above all powers and kings. He is above every name that is appealed to in this world and in the world to come" (Ephesians 1:19-21).
